On Friday, May 29, Ryan Reynolds took to social media to mark the end of the principal photography of the highly-anticipated movie. Ryan also thanked fans for their support, AceShowbiz reports. Ryan posted on Instagram a photo of him, director Tim Miller, and screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick along with caption, "Rhett, Paul, Tim and I started putting Deadpool together. And today, we reached the end of the shoot -- but the beginning of something amazing. We got it to the launch pad... but the fans put us into orbit." "They let us make this film because you made them. You wrote unspeakable things on the Internet. You yelled at all the right people. And suddenly... the light turned green. Thank you. #wrapped," he added. Ryan also shared on Twitter an image of a wall marked "Deadpool was here." Blake Lively's husband wrote alongside the picture, "#Deadpool has been a privilege to make. And we got to make this film because of you. Gonna eat a samich now. #wrapped." The "Green Lantern" actor added on Facebook a close-up shot of the marked wall. He captioned it, "That's a wrap on Deadpool. Bruised, battered, trashed and hungry. But above all, grateful. This film was made because of YOU. We squeezed every last drop of blood outta this thing -- and now the fun begins." Ryan stars in "Deadpool" as the title character alongside T.J. Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Morena Baccarin as Copycat and Ed Skrein as Ajax.
