"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2" unveils 1st trailer (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2" has arrived online. It opens with a sneak peek at a wedding celebration before giving glimpses at a raging war against the Capitol and its tyrant leader. "Snow has to pay for what he's done," Jennifer Lawrence's Katniss says, according to AceShowbiz.

"We all have one enemy. He corrupts everyone and everything. He turns the best of us against each other. Tonight, turn your weapons to the Capitol," the heroine addresses the crowd before going to war. She also says, "Nothing good is safe while Snow's alive. I can't make another speech about it."

But President Snow and his corrupt government will not go down without a fight. "Make no mistake… the game isn't over," he grins. Sam Claflin's Finnick Odair echoes the sentiment at the end of the trailer, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 76th Hunger Games."

Directed by Francis Lawrence from the second and third installment of the franchise, this final film is due December 20 Stateside. Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Julianne Moore, Elizabeth Banks, and Woody Harrelson are among the returning cast.
