Electric Networks of Armenia sues Nairit chemical plant over debtJune 30, 2015 - 16:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company asked a court to declare Nairit chemical plant bankrupt over a 1.2 billion AMD debt owed to ENA, Panorama.am reports citing Zhamanak daily. The company applied to court on April 7. In recent years, several lawsuits have been filed against Nairit plant by EnergoCor and Iranian SandbadTir INTL Transport Co.LTD companies, however the former hasn’t been recognized bankrupt by any of the lawsuits brought up.
