CCA to host event on La Biennale Armenian Pavilion

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) will present Sunday, July 12, a special event dedicated to the National Pavilion of the Republic of Armenia at the 56th International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia – 2015, where the Armenian Pavilion curated by an internationally acclaimed curator Adelina Cüberyan v. Fürstenberg was awarded the Golden Lion for the Best National Participation.

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts has announced a public presentation, which includes the documentary about the Armenian Pavilion, Armenity, and its premiere screening , a press release says.

The event is organized in collaboration with the National Pavilion of the Republic of Armenia at the 56th International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia. As part of the event co-commissioner Vartan Karapetian will deliver a short message on behalf of the Armenian Ministry of Culture, the principal Commissioner of the Pavilion.

Mrs. Cüberyan v. Fürstenberg will present the concept of the National Pavilion and introduce the film. Aram Jibilian, one of the artists representing the Armenian Pavilion, will also take part in the presentation and share his experience.
