Russian PM orders measures against non-EU nations joining sanctions August 4, 2015 - 20:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia's Prime Minister has ordered to draft retaliatory measures against several non-EU European nations that have joined the European Union's sanctions against Russia, the Associated Press reports. Dmitry Medvedev instructed officials Tuesday, Aug 4, to consider counter-sanctions against the countries, which he didn't name. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Montenegro, Albania, Moldova and Ukraine joined the EU sanctions last week. In 2023, the Azerbaijani government will increase the country’s defense budget by more than 1.1 billion manats ($650 million). The bill, published on Monday, is designed to "eliminate the shortcomings of an unreasonably broad interpretation of the key concept of "compatriot".
