Erdogan says Turkey heading rapidly toward new election

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey is heading rapidly toward a new election and only a solution involving the "will of the people" can break a political impasse after the ruling AK Party failed to form a working government, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday, Aug 19, according to Reuters.

"Because of the failure to form a government, we have to seek a solution with the will of the people," Erdogan said in a speech to local officials, broadcast live on television.
