Kostanyan underlined the importance of the Coordinating Council in combating international crime. Prosecutor General Kostanyan handed Yermolayev the investigative requirement to the Office of Azerbaijani Prosecutor General in connection with the investigation into the death of Armenian citizen Karen Petrosyan, conducted by Armenian law enforcement bodies.
