"Grand Theft Auto" trailer features Daniel Radcliffe (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - A bushy Daniel Radcliffe is talking about a game that will change the world. The first trailer of "The Gamechangers" is released as preview of an unauthorized biopic of "Grand Theft Auto" developer Sam Houser, AceShowbiz reports.

Deemed a "British genius," Radcliffe's Houser said the game was "beyond what film can do. We're going to create the first truly adaptable hero." And then came in Bill Paxton as American and Christian lawyer Jack Thompson who went against the game and said Houser had "little regard" for the effect "Grand Theft Auto" poses to youth.

The trailer continued with the aforementioned effect. "Alabama teen arrested in multiple homicide: On arrest killer says, 'Life is like a video game,' " a newspaper headline read. Houser had to disguise himself among protesting crowd.

"Gamechangers" will air on BBC Two on September 15 in the U.K. The TV movie is written by James Wood and directed by Owen Harris.

The "Grand Theft Auto" series is one of the biggest and fastest-selling videogame series. Its fifth installment hit the shelves in 2013. Rockstar Games is suing the network for trademark infringement. "It is our obligation to protect our intellectual property and unfortunately in this case litigation was necessary," the company said in a statement.
