"House of Cards" casts Colm Feore in a high-profile role

PanARMENIAN.Net - "House of Cards" is adding another actor to its cast line-up as filming for the fourth season is currently underway. Colm Feore, who played Cardinal della Rovere on "The Borgias", has landed a recurring role in the upcoming season of Netflix's hit political drama, according to AceShowbiz.

Details of his character are scarce, but according to Deadline, Feore will portray a high-profile new character. He joins another new addition to the cast, Neve Campbell, who is hired as a series regular for season 4. Her role is also still kept under wraps.

Feore recently guest starred as Francis Dulmacher a.k.a. The Dollmaker on FOX's "Gotham". The 57-year-old actor has also appeared in a number of movies such as 2008's "Changeling" (as Los Angeles Police Chief James E. Davis) and 2011's "Thor" (as Laufey, King of the Frost Giants).

Production for the new season of "House of Cards" kicked off in June in Baltimore. The new episodes are expected to be released in 2016 on Netflix.
