Inter RAO Holding sells Electric Networks of ArmeniaSeptember 17, 2015 - 13:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The government of Armenia resolved Thursday, September 17 to alienate 100% of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) shares to Liormand Holdings Limited. As Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Yervand Zakharyan noted, Ministers of Justice, Finance, Economics, Energy and Natural Resources were assigned to study relevant documents within three days to present a conclusion, Tert.am reports. The contract between Inter RAO Holding and Liormand Holdings Limited should also be studied, with a conclusion to be presented afterwards. Besides, Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission will be offered to participate in the contract drafting process with relevant proposals. #ElectricYerevan Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) submitted a bid to the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) demanding to raise energy price by AMD 17 ($0.036).
