PanARMENIAN.Net - The Cold War definitely heats up in the trailer for Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg's thriller Bridge of Spies, Digital Spy reports.

The duo reunited to tell the true story of Brooklyn lawyer James B Donovan (Hanks), who was thrust into the world of global politics without even a warning.

Donovan is assigned by the U.S. government with travelling to Berlin in order to negotiate the release of a downed pilot from the Soviet Union.

Bridge of Spies definitely has an all-star pedigree, having been adapted for the big screen by the Coen brothers and Suite Française's Matt Charman.

Spielberg's impressive cast includes Mark Rylance, Alan Alda, Amy Ryan, Sebastian Koch and Austin Stowell as the players who shaped this international crisis.

Bridge of Spies opens on October 16 in the U.S. and November 27 in the UK.
