Mark Horton with President Serzh Sargsyan on Friday, September 25. At the meeting, President Sargsyan expressed hope that Horton’s mission will be successful from the viewpoint of assessing the continuing negative impact of external factors on the Armenian economy, as well as seeking solutions to overcome the negative consequences and promoting economic growth.
