International Monetary Fund predicts 2,5% economic growth in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The International Monetary Fund predicts a 2,5% economic growth in Armenia in 2015, and 2,2% in 2016, the chief of IMF Mission to Armenia said.

Mark Horton with President Serzh Sargsyan on Friday, September 25.

At the meeting, President Sargsyan expressed hope that Horton’s mission will be successful from the viewpoint of assessing the continuing negative impact of external factors on the Armenian economy, as well as seeking solutions to overcome the negative consequences and promoting economic growth.

The President welcomed the projects implemented in cooperation with IMF.
