Azerbaijan still violating ceasefire with Nagorno Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani armed forces continuously violated the ceasefire at the line of contact with Nagorno Karabakh on the night of September 26-27.

According to the NKR defense army, 110 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani armed forces were registered, with around 2300 shots fired from various caliber weapons, including 60-, 82-mm mortars and RPG-7, HAN-17 grenade launchers.

Azerbaijani troops have also used Turkish-made TR-107 rocket launchers.

Karabakh defense forces continue controlling the situation.

President Serzh Sargsyan said that Armenia take up the task of punishing the perpetrators, for as long as the civilized world fails to find a more effective mechanism..

"We say we are not afraid of war, and we mean it. We will make Azerbaijani government accept responsibility for the suffering it caused its own people," the President said.
