PanARMENIAN.Net - A new trailer for Communism drama "Trumbo" has surfaced online. Starring Bryan Cranston, the movie centers on a Hollywood scriptwriter, Dalton Trumbo, who is blacklisted for his political belief, AceShowbiz reports.

The new trailer focuses on Trumbo, who is accused of being a traitor because he is presumed to be a member of a Communist party. "Communism is not some far away threat, its most dangerous agents are here, in Hollywood. They need to be identified as the enemies," someone says in voiceover.

Making its way out via Yahoo! Movies, the two-minute video shares some never-before-seen footage such as when someone throws a glass of water in Trumbo's face during a party. It also gives a look at the radical Trumbo being asked whether he has ever become a member of a communist party. "Am I accused of a crime?" Trumbo rebelliously responds to the question.

According to the official synopsis, "the successful career of the 1940s screenwriter comes to a crushing end when he and other Hollywood figures are blacklisted for their political beliefs. Trumbo tells the story of his fight against the U.S. government and studio bosses in a war over words and freedom, which entangled everyone in Hollywood from Hedda Hopper (Helen Mirren) and John Wayne to Kirk Douglas and Otto Preminger."

Diane Lane, Elle Fanning, Louis C.K., Peter Mackenzie and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje also star in the movie. Directed by Jay Roach, "Trumbo" will have a limited release in the U.S. on November 6.
