In response to a question on whether Azerbaijani armed forces will be able to “return Karabakh land,” a young Baku resident said: “We are not ready for war, as the society is psychologically unprepared.” Another young man said that even if Azerbaijan is ready for war, the parties must still resolve the issue peacefully. Another respondent expressed a similar view, adding that there would be no war, with the situation remaining unchanged.
