Google Nexus 5X smartphone release date set October 12, 2015 - 17:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Those waiting patiently for a Google Nexus 5X smartphone won't have to sit tight for much longer - orders are set to ship in less than two weeks, Digital Spy reports. The delivery estimate on the device's Google Store listing has just been updated to "leaves warehouse by October 22". Made by LG, the Android Marshmallow-flavoured Nexus 5X comes in carbon, quartz or ice colour options, with either 16GB or 32GB of internal storage on board. It also comes with a 5.2-inch full HD display, a Snapdragon 808 processor, 2GB of RAM, a fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and a 12.3-megapixel camera. Google announced the device last month as a budget alternative to the Huawei-made Nexus 6P, which is yet to receive a more specific release date than "late October".
