Reese Witherspoon says ready to reprise role in

PanARMENIAN.Net - Reese Witherspoon will love to reprise her role as Elle Woods if "Legally Blonde 3" really happens. Appearing on a recent episode of "Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe", the 39-year-old actress shared her thought about the possible third "Legally Blonde" movie, saying that the world's "ready to see Elle", AceShowbiz reports.

"I think it would be cool. I think we're ready to see Elle and see what she's up to lately," Witherspoon said when asked about the movie. "A lot of writers over the years have come up with different ideas for it," she added.

She related the proposed project to recent political condition. "I actually think it's kind of great right now because we're talking about women in politics and how important that is to get more women," she said. "And I think it'd be kind of a cool thing to have her be a Supreme Court Justice or somebody who runs for office, president."

Although Witherspoon seemed to have big interest in making the aforementioned project, the actress clarified that she didn't know if the film would really happen. "I don't know. Call MGM. I have no idea," she said.

"Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde" followed Woods as she took on Congress to defend animal rights. Though the last film garnered mixed reviews, various sources confirmed it grossed more than $125 million in worldwide box office.
