"Miracles from Heaven" drama trailer features Jennifer Garner (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - The first trailer for Sony Picture's fact-based drama "Miracles from Heaven" has arrived. The film follows Beam family, whose 10-year-old daughter, Anna (Kylie Rogers), is diagnosed with a rare disease that cannot be cured, AceShowbiz reports.

Jennifer Garner stars as Christy Beam, whose life drastically changes after her daughter suffers a mysterious, terminal digestive disorder. Just like the title, there are miracles from heaven for the family. It happens when Anna climbs up a tree and falls from height. Rather than being injured, she is somehow cured.

"You're telling me that when this baby girl fell 30 feet, she hit her head just right and it didn't kill her and it didn't paralyze her? It healed her?" Christy asks a doctor. "Well, this is impossible," she adds.

The upcoming movie is adapted from "Three Miracles From Heaven: A Sick Little Girl, Her Journey to Heaven, and the Lives Forever Changed", a book written by Christy Beam. Garner leads the cast which also includes Martin Henderson, Queen Latifah and Eugenio Derbez. Directed by Patricia Riggen, "Miracles from Heaven" is due to hit U.S. theaters on March 18, 2016.
