Oculus Rift to offer “realistic” Rock Band VR experience in 2016

PanARMENIAN.Net - Oculus has teamed with Harmonix to bring a Rock Band title to the Rift in 2016, Digital Spy reports.

Inspired by the original Rock Band, the new made-for-VR game places players on a virtual stage living out the 'ultimate' rock 'n' roll fantasy.

The latest entry in the series is Rock Band 4, which was recently made available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

It also added several new tracks such as 'Don't Wanna Fight' by Alabama Shakes and 'Failure' by Breaking Benjamin.

Other new DLC tracks include 'Trainwreck 1979' by Death From Above 1979 and 'Follow Me Down' by The Pretty Reckless.

It also recently added some downloadable content inspired by Bethesda's Fallout 4.
