David Bowie reveals new song, “Lazarus” (video) December 18, 2015 - 16:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As David Bowie works towards the release of his 25th album (even with a back-catalogue that includes 'Heroes' and 'Life On Mars', he's not resting on his laurels), David Bowie has marked the end of 2015 by releasing a new single, 'Lazarus', Gigwise reports. Bowie's new album, Blackstar, is set for release at the start of next year. He already revealed its title track, which serves as the theme song for television series The Last Panthers. Now he's unveiled the studio version of 'Lazarus' - which anyone lucky enough to have seen the new off-Broadway play of the same name will be familiar with. The play, which stars Michael C. Hall, was co-written by Bowie and Enda Walsh, and includes re-worked material from Bowie's illustrious back-catalogue as well as brand new music. Bowie's own version of 'Lazarus' was premiered on BBC 6 Music last night.
