Underworld electronic band share new track “I Exhale”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Underworld have shared the audio to 'I Exhale' - it's pretty huge, Gigwise said.

The track, which is released 18 March via Caroline International, is the opener from forthcoming seventh album, Barbara Barbara, We Face A Shining Future, that they announced in November last year. The track is built around a colossal prog-techno sound and is led by their usual spoken word lines.

If this first glimpse of the record, and indicative of the brilliance to follow on the album. Then we'll have another classic that can stand alongside the reissued dubnobasswithmyheadman and Second Toughest In The Infants, Gigwise said.

In the album sessions the band (Rick Smith and Karl Hyde) strictly wrote entirely new music when they met up meaning the music is entirely spontaneous and it's a method that's certainly worked on the engrossing 'I Exhale'.

Ever since their formation in 1980 Underworld have been hailed as one of the greatest electronic bands in British history and they're scheduled for a hotly-anticipated live comeback. Notably, they will headline the BBC 6 Music Festival in Bristol next month (12 -14 February). Then they will heading out on European tour to support the album.

Barbara Barbara, We Face A Shining Future tracklist:

1. I Exhale 2. If Rah 3. Low Burn 4. Santiago Cuatro 5. Motorhome 6. Ova Nova 7. Nylon Strung
