London’s Lovebox Festival announces headliners for 2016

PanARMENIAN.Net - LCD Soundsystem and Major Lazer are set to headline this summer's Lovebox festival, Gigwise reveals.

You wait five years for an LCD Soundsystem reunion, and then they announce pretty much every festival that exists. Not that we're complained. James Murphy and his band are set to headline the second of two nights at the festival - which takes place at London's Victoria Park, Gigwise said.

Meanwhile, Major Lazer - the electronic music group helmed by Diplo - will close day one of the festival.

The rest of the line-up for the city festival, which was founded by Groove Armada back in 2002, is set to be announced in due course.

Lovebox Festival takes place in Victoria Park on 15 and 16 July.
