The three comedians are set to star in a new comedy titled "The Something" in which "22 Jump Street" writer Rodney Rothman will make his directorial debut, AceShowbiz reports. According to The Hollywood Reporter, which broke the news, the comedy will find the funnymen playing a group of male astronauts who finally encounter another ship after being stuck in space for years. Deadline adds that the men don't get along well with the other ship's crew members, but they must work together. In addition to directing, Rothman will write the script for "The Something". Rogen's Point Grey Pictures is producing along with Good Universe while Universal that has greenlit the project will distribute it. Rogen and Hader are no stranger to working together, as they previously collaborated on films like "Pineapple Express", "Superbad" and "Knocked Up".
