OSCE Mission conducts monitoring of Karabakh-Azeri contact lineFebruary 4, 2016 - 15:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission conducted Thursday, February 4, a planned monitoring of the line of contact between the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) and Azerbaijan in the southeastern direction of Kuropatkino settlement in Karabakh’s Martuni region. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, his Field Assistants Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine) and Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria), and the representative of the OSCE High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Nepokritikh (Russia). From the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic), Personal Assistant to the Personal Representative of the CiO Simon Tiller (Great Britain), staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg (Sweden), and the representative of the OSCE High-Level Planning Group (HLPG) Colonel Tuncay Sevim (Turkey).
