YouTube has new Android notifications for recommended stuff based on videos that you've watched, Engadget reports. However, users can turn them off. A pop-up that explains the feature gives you the choice of disabling the alerts. You can also turn them off from the notification itself or from the settings menu. If you like the tips, you can click the notification to watch the video immediately and there's an option to save it for later, too.
