M83 share brand new track, “Do It, Try It” from upcoming album

PanARMENIAN.Net - M83 have shared a brand new track, ‘Do It, Try It’ from their upcoming album, Junk, Gigwise reveals.

‘Do It, Try It’ debuted on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show ahead of the album’s release on 8 April. The track featured a jaunty piano line complimented by the soothing vocals of M83’s Anthony Gonzalez, before exploding into a dance floor anthem.

Junk will be M83’s seventh studio album, following 2011’s Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming, which featured the classic ‘Midnight City’.

Since 2011, Gonzalez has kept himself busy by exploring the realms of film soundtracks, composing scores for Tom Cruise’s Oblivion and the French erotic drama, You And The Night, which was directed by his brother, Yann.

Just before the album’s release, M83 will embark on an extensive international tour, with help from Yacht, Borns, Okay Kaya, Bob Moses and Tame Impala.
