Foo Fighters respond to split up rumors with a video

PanARMENIAN.Net - Foo Fighters have responded to rumours that they're splitting up by releasing a dramatic, seven minute video mocking the reports, Gigwise reports.

Amidst strong rumours that they were breaking up, the band promised an "official announcement" yesterday (March 2), which - predictably - whipped fans into a frenzy. Now, that announcement has materialised.

"Seeing as the film thing went so well," says Grohl in the video, referring to his recent performance at the Academy Awards. "I've been thinking, maybe it's time. Maybe it's time for me to do my own thing."

We then see Grohl attempt to make his own music without any instruments, as the band discuss who should replace him as lead singer - Justin Bieber, Liam Gallagher, Phil Collins...

Eventually, a statement reads, "For the millionth time, we're not breaking up. And nobody's going solo!"
