Samsung Gear S2 gets makeover from luxury jeweller de Grisogono

PanARMENIAN.Net - If you thought the Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch was a bit on the costly side before, just wait until pricing for this version is announced, Digital Spy said.

The Korean tech firm has teamed up with luxury jeweller de Grisogono to launch an extra-premium version of the device in time for this week's Baselworld watch expo in Switzerland.

The Samsung Gear S2 by de Grisogono is essentially the same Tizen-powered smartwatch, but with a rose gold and stainless steel build, and 56 white and 71 black diamonds encrusted into its bezel.

Its strap is black and studded with galuchat and the jeweller has provided its own faces that are in keeping with the luxury design.

The Samsung Gear S2 by de Grisogono will go on sale this summer through both companies' retail channels.

“Pricing is yet to be announced, but expect it to be round about as expensive as your house,” Digital Spy said.
