Rihanna reclaims top spot on Billboard 200 with “Anti” album

PanARMENIAN.Net - Rihanna's ruling the Billboard 200 again. The Bajan singer's new album "Anti", which first hit the chart's top spot last month, is spending its second non-consecutive week at No. 1 with 54,000 equivalent units collected in the week ending on March 17, AceShowbiz reports citing Nielsen Music.

With only 17,000 copies in pure album sales, the album reclaims the position thanks in large part to its lead single, "Work". The Drake-assisted song has been topping Billboard Hot 100 for four consecutive weeks.

Trailing behind RiRi is Adele, whose "25" stays at No. 2 with 51,000 units. Justin Bieber follows at No. 3 as his "Purpose" rises two rungs with 48,000.

Joey + Rory's "Hymns" is back at No. 4, its peak position on the list, with additional 44,000 units. Last week's first placer, Kendrick Lamar's "untitled unmastered.", plunges to No. 5 in its second week with another 38,000 units.

Rock band Killswitch Engage's is the first new entry this week as their "Incarnate" debuts at No. 6 with 35,000. The album gives the act their third top 10 effort and their highest-charting set yet. Both of their previous top 10 albums peaked at No. 7 in 2013 and 2009.

Behind the group are non-movers Chris Stapleton and Twenty One Pilots, whose "Traveller" and "Blurryface" are sitting still at No. 7 and No. 8 with 34,000 and 33,000 units, respectively. Kevin Gates' "Islah" jumps one rung to No. 9 with 30,000.

Rounding out the top 10 is hip-hop trio Flatbush Zombies that has their debut LP, "3001: A Laced Odyssey", landed at No. 10 with 28,000.
