VivaCell-MTS unveils host of new affordable tariff plans

PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has launched a range of new, comfortable and affordable voice and data tariff plans, offering superior value for money.

The range of Viva tariff plans best suits the communication needs of subscribers who seek to have affordable bouquet of voice and data packages within one tariff plan.

For a fixed fee, users can get airtime to VivaCell-MTS network, to Armenia’s 374 97 GSM and 374 47 fixed networks; to Russia, the U.S. and Canada, an opportunity to send SMS, as well as high-speed Internet.

The range of Viva tariff plans is unique in several aspects: subscribers can choose the most convenient package out of several options based on the volume of on-net airtime, embedded airtime for calls to other networks and abroad, high-speed Internet and quantity of SMS messages. Also, subscribers of any of Viva tariff plans can easily shift to another package and choose the period of making payments, which can be either prior or after consuming the services, thus doing away with the complexities of both prepaid and postpaid plans.

The new range of tariff plans provides a flexible solution and brings more simplicity to VivaCell-MTS’ product structure. It has been developed after extensive consumer research and truly reflects the expectations of mobile subscribers with varying communication needs and budget.

“Viva tariff line offers a new approach to combining voice and mobile Internet services in one package, tailored to fit the needs of subscribers,” VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian commented.

The launch of this new range of tariff plans coincided with Yirikian’s visit to the service center in Artashat.

Asked about the objective of the visit to a regional service center, Yirikian said: “Visiting regional service centers is not something new. This is a regular practice; I’ve been visiting our shops unexpectedly, without prior notice, and sometimes, as a subscriber. The objective of frequent visits, meetings and trainings is to continuously instill the belief in the customer service staff they are responsible for keeping the Company's reputation.”
