Massive support acts announced for Stevie Wonder at BST Hyde Park

PanARMENIAN.Net - One of the live events of the year just got even bigger, with massive support acts being revealed for Stevie Wonder's upcoming British Summer Time show at London's Hyde Park, Gigwise reveals.

The 'Superstition' legend will be taking to the capital to perform his 1976 Grammy-winning Songs In The Key Of Life in full, alongside a smattering of greatest hits. The album contained the likes of 'Sir Duke', 'Isn't She Lovely', and 'I Wish' - and went on the inspire generations of artists, from Prince and Elton John to Kanye West and countless more.

It's now been announced that he'll be supported by special guests Pharrell Williams and Corinne Bailey Rae - with many more to be announced.

Stevie Wonder will perform Songs In The Key Of Life in full at British Summer Time at London's Hyde Park on Sunday 10 July.

Meanwhile, Mumford & Sons will be headlining British Summer Time too with Wolf Alice, Alabama Shakes, Mystery Jets, Nick Mulvey, Baaba Maal, Borns, The Very Best, Beatenberg, and Baio on Friday 8 July.

Another show announced as part of this year's British Summer Time is Florence + The Machine with support from Kendrick Lamar, Jamie XX, Kamasi Washington, Cat Power, Todd Terje & the Olsens, and Blood Orange top the bill on Saturday 2 July.

Meanwhile, Take That will headline on Saturday 9 July with support from Olly Murs, Ella Eyre, Jamie Lawson, and Nathan Sykes.

Also, Massive Attack will be joined by the likes of Patti Smith, Warpaint and TV On The Radio on Friday 1 July, while Carole King will perform Tapestry on 3 July.
