The news comes from The Los Angeles Times, who claim that Coachella organisers Goldenvoice are planning the event to take place from 7-9 October at the Empire Polo Grounds - with Dylan and The Stones set to play back to back and top the bill on the Friday, before Neil Young and Beatles legend Macca rock Saturday and Roger Waters and The Who close proceedings on Sunday. “It’s so special in so many ways,” said Young’s longtime manager, Elliot Roberts, “because you won’t get a chance to see a bill like this, perhaps ever again. It’s a show I look forward to more than any show in a long time.” An announcement is expected in the coming weeks.
