"The Magnificent 7" new pics feature Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt April 20, 2016 - 10:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The first images of "The Magnificent Seven" remake are unleashed via USA Today ahead of the premiere of the first trailer, AceShowbiz reports. The four photos show Denzel Washington in character. He is joined by Chris Pratt's gun-toting cowboy in another image and stands on guard along with the rest of the squad in one other picture, AceShowbiz reports. Vincent D'Onofrio, Ethan Hawke, Lee Byung Hun, Martin Sensmeier and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo round up the seven titular cowboys. Helmed by Antoine Fuqua who directed Washington in "The Equalizer", the remake is also supported by Luke Grimes, Matthew Bomer, Peter Sarsgaard and Haley Bennett. The movie is scheduled to make its way Stateside on January 13, 2017. A remake of the classic John Sturges 1960 western film inspired by Akira Kurosawa's 1954 film "Seven Samurai", it is set in the town of Rose Creek which is under the deadly control of industrialist Bartholomew Bogue (Sarsgaard). The desperate townspeople employ protection from seven outlaws, bounty hunters, gamblers and hired guns.
