UK’s Green Man Festival reveals final headlinerMay 10, 2016 - 16:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Laura Marling has been announced as the final headliner for Green Man Festival, joining Belle & Sebastian, James Blake and Wild Beasts, Gigwise said. The beautiful festival takes place in Wales' Brecon Beacons in August, and last year boasted one of the best line-ups of the summer. This year, it's being headlined by Belle & Sebastian, James Blake, Wild Beasts - and, now, Laura Marling - while the likes of Julia Holter, Ezra Furman and Cate Le Bon are also on the bill, Gigiwise said. Other new additions include Lush, who played their first live show in nearly 20 years over the weekend, alongside Connan Moccasin, Black Peaches, Matt Maltese and Malcolm Middleton. Though nothing’s been officially confirmed, it looks like Laura Marling is gearing up to release her new album, which is rumoured to be called Semper Femina - a Latin fragment roughly translating to Always A Woman. She’s been performing a brand new track from that album, ‘Wildfire’, during her South American tour over the past few weeks. Hopefully, her set at Green Man will also include a smattering of new material. The festival takes place in the Brecon Beacons from 18 to 21 August.
