The Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents met in Vienna on May 16, with top diplomats from Russia, France and the United States mediating the talks as the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs. “We expect that very serious, substantive talks will follow soon," Aliyev said at a reception on the Republic Day.
