Jeff Bridges joins star-studded cast of “Kingsman: The Golden Circle”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Jeff Bridges has been added to the cast of "Kingsman: The Golden Circle". The 66-year-old actor took to Twitter on Saturday, May 28 to share a new "Kingsman 2" poster with a little tidbit about his character, AceShowbiz said.

The poster showed an almost empty round glass placed on a letter which read, "The only Golden Circle I want vexing me is the one my glass leaves behind on the table." Jeff simply captioned it with the hashtag #Kingsman.

Similar one-sheets were used to confirm the casting of Channing Tatum and Elton John, as well as teasing the return of Colin Firth's Harry Hart.

Picking up where "Kingsman: The Secret Service" left off, the sequel sees Gary "Eggsy" Unwin (Taron Egerton) and his supervisor Merlin (Mark Strong) heading to the U.S. to join forces with the "Statesman", the Kingsman agency's American counterparts, after Kingsman's head quarter was destroyed by evil mastermind Poppy (Julianne Moore).

Directed by Matthew Vaughn, "Kingsman: The Golden Circle", also starring Halle Berry, Edward Holcroft, Sophie Cookson and Pedro Pascal, is set to be released in the U.S. on June 16, 2017.
