PJ Harvey kicks off her album promo tour in France

PanARMENIAN.Net - PJ Harvey kicked off her tour to promote ninth album 'The Hope Six Demolition Project' at Le Bikini in Toulouse, France this week (June 1-2), where she played certain new tracks live for the first time, NME reports.

The British singer-songwriter delighted the audience with 'Dollar, Dollar' and 'A Line in the Sand', among other songs, which help make up what has become PJ Harvey's first ever UK number one album.

'The Hope Six Demolition Project' has outdone her 1993 album 'Rid Of Me', which had previously been Harvey's highest-charting UK release at number three.
