Yerevan condemns rocket attacks on Aleppo Armenian districts

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan strongly condemns continuous rocket attacks by armed militants in the Armenian neighborhoods of Aleppo, Syria, that claim lives and injure many, a spokesperson for the Foreign Ministry said.

“In latest attacks, 4 people were killed, with the Armenian nursing home, the Holy Trinity (Zvartnots) church, historic educational and cultural centers seriously damaged,” Tigran Balayan said.

“The immediate halting of military actions and violence is a must for settling the Syrian crisis.”

Four Syrian-Armenians were killed as armed militants once again bombarded the Armenian neighborhood of Aleppo, Syria on June 2, firing at least 40 rockets.
