The “Twilight” actor joins John Stamos as newcomers to the Ryan Murphy horror comedy series. The second season of “Scream Queens” is set at a hospital that observes strange medical cases. Lautner will play Cassidy Cascade, a doctor with afflictions of his own. Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer, Glen Powell, Billie Lourd and Niecy Nash are all returning to reprise their roles from Season 1. Lautner is best known for his role as Jacob Black in the “Twilight” film series. His other credits include “Abduction,” “Valentine’s Day” and U.K. TV series “Taboo.” “Scream Queens” will return on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
