Ellen Page in “Tallulah” indie drama trailer (video) June 30, 2016 - 12:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ellen Page plays an accidental baby snatcher in the first trailer for Netflix’s pricey Sundance acquisition “Tallulah”, TheWrap said. The Oscar-nominated actress plays Lu, a vagabond who lives in a van before she rescues a baby from a negligent mother (Tammy Blanchard) who is in over her head. Lu then turns to Margo (Allison Janey), who believes she is the child’s grandmother. The indie drama, written and directed by Sian Heder (“Orange Is the New Black”), also stars Zachary Quinto, John Benjamin Hickey and Uzo Aduba. In January, Netflix acquired the film at Sundance Film Festival for a reported $5 million. An unnamed theatrical partner will release the film in the latter part of 2016.
