Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to French President François Hollande on the country’s National Holiday. Referring to France’s position on the Genocide, the Armenian President said: “Your personal stance on the issue of criminalizing the Genocide denial is highly appreciated in Armenia; it once again underscores France’s and personally your dedication to the universal human values, particularly to the international fight aimed at the prevention of crimes against humanity.” Also, Sargsyan hailed the high-level bilateral relations and the atmosphere of mutual trust between the two countries.
