23 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan registered overnight

PanARMENIAN.Net - 23 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh on the night of July 15-16.

Azeri troops, in particular, used various caliber firearms to fire over 170 shots towards the Armenian positions, also employing sniper rifles for 35 more violations.

Karabakh Defense Army troops refrained from retaliating to continue protecting their positions.

27 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani army were registered along the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh on the night of July 14-15.

Azeri troops, in particular, used various caliber firearms to fire over 1400 shots towards the Armenian positions, also employing a 60-mm mortar in the northeastern direction.

In addition, the Azeri troops attempted to move forward in the Akna direction at around 10:45 pm on July 14.
