Armenian boxer Artem Harutyunyan wins Olympic bronze for Germany

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian-born German boxer Artem Harutyunyan took bronze in men's light welterweight (64kg) competition at 2016 Rio Olympics.

Beating Turkey’s Batuhan Gözgeç in the quarter-finals, Harutyunyan ultimately lost to Lorenzo Sotomayor from Azerbaijan.

The 2016 Summer Olympic Games are being held in Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro from August 5 through August 21.
