While announcing that he finished filming "Fast and Furious 8" in an Instagram post he shared on Friday, August 19, the 44-year-old actor also clarified that the upcoming "Jumanji" film is indeed a continuation of the original movie, AceShowbiz reports. He wrote in the caption, "And now in two weeks I'll reunite with ol' friends Kevin Hart & Jack Black and we have the honor to introduce a whole new generation to the amazing world of #JUMANJI." He pointed out, "For the record we are NOT making a reboot, but rather a continuation of the awesome JUMANJI story." The former wrestler also expressed his enthusiasm for starring in the upcoming film alongside his "Central Intelligence" co-star and the "Goosebumps" actor, saying, "It's also crazy to me how much me, Kev and Jack look like triplets when we're together." He added, "Man this is gonna be FUN." Directed by Jake Kasdan, the fantasy film also stars "Scream Queens" and "Goat" actor Nick Jonas. The screenplay is provided by Zach Helm, Chris McKenna, Jeff Pinkner, Scott Rosenberg and Erik Sommers.
