EIF, UN team up for cleantech acceleration program in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Enterprise Incubator Foundation in (EIF) cooperation with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) announces cleantech acceleration program in Armenia, the EIF said.

All interested startup teams, established businesses, innovators, scientists, entrepreneurs who live in Armenia and have clean-tech business ideas, prototypes and products in energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste to energy, water and efficiency are invited to apply for the project.

The program is an opportunity for the start-ups to build their products, improve skills in business management, product development, marketing, and get funding for further development of their business ideas.

Within the program the best 20 applications (teams) will participate in an intensive business training, thematic courses, getting engaged in individual work with mentors and professionals, development of business ideas into business models, mock judging.

In November 24-25 the teams will present their business models to the judges and the best 2-3 models will be supported to attract further funding.

For the participants from Gyumri the acceleration will be organized in Gyumri Technology Center, for Vanadzor applicants in Vanadzor Technology Center respectively. Applicants from other provinces can choose either to participate in Vanadzor or Gyumri.

The deadline for the application is September 30.
