Tokyo seminar to bring Armenia's IT sector to lightOctober 26, 2016 - 14:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Tokyo will on Friday, October 28 host a seminar on Armenia's IT projects and peculiarities of the sector in general, the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) said Tuesday. According to the UITE, the event seeks to promote Japan’s interest in cooperating with the Armenian IT sector, at the same time establishing new business ties. The country's IT sector will be represented by Instigate, VoLo, Arminova Technologies, Leviathan, IU Networks, VMware Eastern Europe, Granatus Ventures to name a few. Titled IT's Armenia, the seminar is organized by the Armenian embassy in Japan, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japanese-Armenian Business and Cultural Initiative, the Japan Association for Trade with Russia and the Newly Independent States (ROTOBO) and the Japan International Cooperation agency (JICA).
