Sony rolls out super-charged PS4 ProOctober 31, 2016 - 14:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - PlayStation just took a trip down memory lane to produce the advert for what they are calling "The world's most powerful console" AKA their PS4 Pro, Digital Spy said. For the launch of their latest gaming machine, PlayStation has come out with an eighties-themed ad that is simultaneously nostalgic and an exhilarating display of the PS4 Pro's power. Like a mash-up of the dodgy graphics from Tron and Videodrome it opens with an image of a pulsating console as a voice over says: "Introducing the super-charged PlayStation 4 Pro console system! Discover the power of our super compact mega processor!" The voiceover continues: "Revolutionary cordless player paddle joysticks! And super fresh graphics that so real...They suck you right in..." At this point we get a preview of the capabilities of this console as the ad switches to IRL games before heading back to the 80s adding: "It's the ultimate immersive gaming experience...where no one gets out alive!" Described as "for the players" this time-draining toy launches this autumn. It is said to be a power upgrade with up to 1 terabyte of internal storage making it a step up from the standard PS4. Fans are looking forward to playing Call of Duty on the new machine as it showcases the originally Xbox 360 franchise's new home at PlayStation, Digital Spy said.
