Woody Harrelson as neurotic misanthrope in

PanARMENIAN.Net - The red band trailer for Craig Johnson's comedy "Wilson" has arrived. It shows Woody Harrelson as the titular character, a socially awkward weirdo who doesn't have any sense of boundaries, as he is seen harassing random people on a bus and picking a fight with a young man in a mall, AceShowbiz said.

One scene shows him telling a woman that he tries to move on after his estranged wife (Laura Dern) left him 17 years ago. "I just need to move on. Find somebody new, not you necessarily," he says "in the worst possible way." He is also seen telling a man on a train, "40 years from now, you're gonna be on your deathbed saying, 'Where did it all go? How did we end up like this?' "

The next minutes of the video show him becoming so happy upon learning that he has a teenage daughter (Isabella Amara) whom his ex-wife gave up for adoption. He is determined to reunite with them as the trio is seen having quality time. "You guys are so beautiful," he says while taking a picture of them.

Based on Oscar nominee Daniel Clowes' acclaimed graphic novel, "Wilson" follows the titular, lonely, neurotic and hilariously honest middle-aged misanthrope who reunites with his estranged wife and gets a shot at happiness when he learns he has a teenage daughter he has never met. In his uniquely outrageous and slightly twisted way, he sets out to connect with her.

Also starring Judy Greer, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Margo Martindale and Cheryl Hines, the comedy flick is set for a March 24, 2017 release in U.S. theaters.
