OSCE Mission to conduct monitoring of Karabakh contact lineNovember 9, 2016 - 11:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will on Thursday, November 10 conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the eastern direction of Martakert region’s Talish settlement. From the Karabakh Defense Army positions, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria) and Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic). Karabakh authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and to ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members.
