"Transformers: The Last Knight" 1st teaser trailer unleashed (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - Paramount and Michael Bay have finally unleashed the first teaser trailer for much-awaited "Transformers: The Last Knight". The more-than-two-minute video features plenty of crumbled building set and explosive scenes as well as gives fans a look at the war between the titular robots and human race, AceShowbiz said.

"Two species at war. One flesh, one metal. Optimus Prime has left us," narrates Anthony Hopkins' character. "And now, two worlds collide. Only one survives." There is also a glimpse of Mark Wahlberg's Cade Yager in the battlefield along with Laura Haddock and Isabela Moner's characters. Optimus Prime is seen trying to kill Bumblebee at the end of the trailer. "Forgive me," he says.

"Transformers: The Last Knight" is set to be released in U.S. theaters on June 23, 2017. The action flick also sees the return of Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Stanley Tucci, John Turturro and John Goodman. They are joined by the likes of Jerrod Carmichael and Santiago Cabrera.

The fifth "Transformers" movie follows Optimus Prime who finds his home planet, Cybertron, now a dead planet. Thinking that he's responsible for its demise, he finds a way to bring the planet back to life. However, in order to do so he needs to find an artifact on Earth.
